How enlarge image works
Enlarge a small image for a mockup, print draft or presentation where the required dimensions are greater than the source. Choose 2× or 3× to increase both sides while keeping the same proportions. Browser interpolation can smooth existing pixels, but it cannot recover genuine detail that was never captured.
Your browser paints the image into a larger canvas using high-quality smoothing where available. A 1000 × 700 pixel image becomes 2000 × 1400 at 2×. Because total pixels grow with the square of the scale, very large sources may exceed the 40-megapixel safety limit and be rejected.

- Select a JPG, PNG or WebP image.
- Adjust the available controls for your task.
- Process and download the output. Keep the original as a backup.
Formats and limits
Larger pixels do not restore details that were absent in the original. This is not AI super-resolution. Input decoding depends on your browser. Files are limited to 25 MB each and 40 megapixels to protect browser memory.
Privacy
The processing code runs locally in your browser. This tool does not upload the selected image to Do The IMG. Avoid sharing downloaded files if they contain sensitive content.
