1. Agreement

By accessing or using Do The IMG (dotheimg.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Do The IMG is operated and maintained by Pranav TechLabs. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to visitors, free users, account holders and Premium subscribers, as applicable to the service they use.

2. Service Description

Do The IMG provides browser-based image and document utilities, including compression, resizing, conversion, editing, metadata utilities and other tools that may be added or removed over time.

• Most tools are designed to process files locally in your browser.
• Some tools may rely on third-party JavaScript, WebAssembly, CDN, browser or model resources.
• Features, limits, supported formats and performance may change as the service evolves.
• We do not guarantee that every tool will work with every device, browser, file, codec, PDF or image.

3. User Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of images and files that you process, subject to rights held by third parties.
• You represent that you have the rights, permissions or lawful basis needed to process and use content you submit or process.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service does not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark or other rights.
• Do The IMG does not claim ownership of your source images merely because you use our tools.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use Do The IMG to:

• Break the law, facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, malware distribution or other unlawful activity.
• Infringe or facilitate infringement of another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
• Attack, overload, scrape or materially disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Bypass authentication, payment checks, Premium controls, rate limits or other security controls.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain non-public server credentials, private keys or confidential infrastructure secrets.
• Use automated access in a manner that bypasses normal limits or creates unreasonable load.

5. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person or organization.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, abuse or material breaches of these Terms.

6. Premium Plans and Payments

• Premium prices, periods and included features are displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by authorized payment partners such as Razorpay, and you agree to the provider's applicable terms.
• Premium access may depend on successful payment verification and account status.
• We may change pricing or Premium features for future purchases or renewals, with appropriate notice where required.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Because digital services can be made available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not automatic. However, this policy does not remove any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Contact support@dotheimg.com promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or did not receive the purchased service.
• Where required by applicable law, statutory cancellation, refund or consumer remedies will apply.
• We may review refund requests for genuine technical or billing errors on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

Unless otherwise stated, the Do The IMG brand, website design, visual identity, logos, page content, original copy, software written by or for Pranav TechLabs, database structure and original platform components are owned by or licensed to the operator of Do The IMG.

• Do The IMG is the platform/brand name.
• Pranav TechLabs is the operating business identified on this website.
• You may not copy our branding, logo, website layout, original text or proprietary code and present it as your own without permission.
• Third-party libraries, fonts, icons and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
• Nothing on this website grants you ownership of the Do The IMG or Pranav TechLabs trademarks, logos or other brand assets.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The service may use or link to third-party services including authentication providers, payment providers, advertising networks, content-delivery networks, analytics or browser libraries. Those services may have separate terms, licences and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

10. Availability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY FILE OR DEVICE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pranav TechLabs and its owners, officers, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights through content you process using Do The IMG.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, service abuse, non-payment, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law, pricing or business practices change. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the website or account email.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable Indian law. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, while preserving any mandatory consumer or statutory forum rights that apply.
