Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Premium plans purchased for Do The IMG. Do The IMG is operated by Pranav TechLabs. This page should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Cancellation

You may stop using your Premium plan at any time. Unless the applicable purchase flow states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not by itself create a refund for time already elapsed in the current billing period.

3. Refund Requests

Because Premium access is a digital service that may be made available immediately after successful payment, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. We may consider requests involving duplicate charges, failed or materially incorrect billing, or other verified payment issues.

Any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law remains unaffected by this policy.

4. Technical Billing Problems

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged for a plan you did not receive, or experienced a payment-processing error, contact us promptly with the transaction/order details. We may request information needed to verify the payment with our payment partner.

5. Payment Partner

Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. Card, bank, UPI and other payment credentials are handled through the payment provider's systems. Do The IMG does not intentionally store full card credentials.

6. How to Request Help

Send the request to support@dotheimg.com and include the account email, order/payment identifier and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or OTPs by email.
