Copyright, trademark, brand protection and intellectual-property complaint policy for Do The IMG and Pranav TechLabs.

1. Brand and platform ownership
"Do The IMG", the Do The IMG name, logo, visual identity, website design, original text, original graphics, source code and platform-specific materials are claimed by the applicable owner/operator, including Pranav TechLabs where identified on the website.
2. User content
Users retain their rights in images and other content they bring to the service. Users are responsible for having the necessary rights, licences and permissions to process or publish those materials.
3. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on Do The IMG infringes your copyright or other rights, send a written complaint to support@dotheimg.com with your identity/contact information, a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material or URL, your good-faith statement and any information needed to verify the claim.
4. Trademark complaints
The same contact can be used for concerns involving unauthorized use of the Do The IMG or Pranav TechLabs brand, logo or confusingly similar branding.
5. No unauthorized copying
Except where expressly permitted by law or an applicable third-party licence, users may not copy, resell, mirror, frame, scrape or redistribute the proprietary parts of the platform, including source code, design assets, text and branding.
6. Third-party components
Some website components, libraries, fonts, models or other assets may be supplied under third-party licences. Those licences remain applicable to the relevant component.
Rights reservation
This notice does not transfer any intellectual property to users and does not waive rights available under applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property law.
