Privacy Policy
How Do The IMG and Pranav TechLabs collect, use, protect and retain personal information.
Effective date: August 24, 2026
1. Who We Are
Do The IMG (dotheimg.com) is an online image-utility platform operated and maintained by Pranav TechLabs ("Pranav TechLabs", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the website, create an account, use our tools, contact us, or purchase Premium services.
This policy is intended to describe our actual data practices. It is not a representation that every provision of any particular privacy law applies to every user or transaction.
Browser-based image processing
Our core image tools are designed to process files in the user's browser using web technologies such as JavaScript, Canvas, WebAssembly and third-party browser libraries where applicable. For those tools, the selected source image is normally processed on the user's device rather than uploaded to our image-processing server.
This does not mean that no network request is ever made by the browser. Some tools may download JavaScript libraries, fonts, models or other resources from third-party infrastructure before processing begins.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect or receive:
- Account information: name, email address, avatar/profile information and authentication identifiers associated with your account.
- Authentication information: information needed to sign you in securely, including Google OAuth profile information when you choose Google sign-in.
- Subscription and transaction information: plan, payment status, order identifiers, transaction identifiers and related billing metadata. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Do The IMG, to the extent applicable to the provider's integration.
- Support communications: information you choose to send us by email or through support channels.
- Technical/security logs: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, request information and security events that may be required to prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain the service.
- Advertising and consent information: where advertising is enabled, ad-related identifiers, cookies, local-storage information and consent choices may be processed by us and/or advertising partners as described below.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate and maintain Do The IMG.
- To create and manage user accounts and sessions.
- To process Premium orders, subscriptions, invoices and related support.
- To send transactional or service messages, such as verification, account, billing and security notifications.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, automated attacks and other security incidents.
- To improve reliability, performance, usability and the quality of our tools.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
- To serve and measure advertising where advertising is enabled and where permitted by law and applicable platform policies.
4. Image Files and Tool Processing
For our browser-based image tools, source files are intended to remain on the user's device during processing. We do not intentionally upload those source images to our application database merely because you selected a file in the browser.
However, some browser tools depend on external libraries, content-delivery networks, AI models, or browser services. Those components may make network requests to retrieve code or model assets. The specific behavior can therefore vary by tool, browser and third-party component.
You are responsible for avoiding the upload of information that you are not legally permitted to process and for checking the privacy/security requirements of your own organization where applicable.
5. Cookies, Local Storage and Advertising
We use necessary session technologies to keep accounts signed in, protect forms and maintain basic website functionality. We may also use local storage for site preferences and application features.
Do The IMG may display advertising through third-party providers such as Google AdSense. Advertising providers may use cookies, local storage, device signals or similar technologies to deliver, measure and limit advertisements, subject to your location, consent choices and applicable platform policies.
For users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google requires publishers serving personalised ads to use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. We will use the applicable Google consent mechanism and settings where required.
6. Third-Party Services
Depending on the feature you use, third parties may process limited information necessary for their service:
- Google: OAuth authentication and, where enabled, advertising services.
- Razorpay: payment processing and transaction-related services.
- Hosting/CDN/infrastructure providers: website delivery, DNS, caching, security and operational infrastructure.
- Client-side libraries and model providers: some tools may retrieve software or model resources from third-party infrastructure.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent processing.
7. Data Retention
- Account information is retained while your account remains active and for longer where required for legitimate business, legal, tax or security purposes.
- Transaction and accounting information may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
- Security and operational logs may be retained for a limited period appropriate to security, troubleshooting and legal needs.
- Browser-processed source images are not intentionally stored in our application database as part of the normal client-side processing flow.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, withdrawal of consent for applicable processing, and other statutory rights.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides rights including access information about processing, correction/erasure, and grievance redressal, subject to the Act and its applicable rules and commencement provisions. ๎cite๎turn787755search5๎

9. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Do The IMG account and associated personal information by emailing support@dotheimg.com. We will process valid requests subject to verification, applicable retention obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, outstanding disputes, and other lawful reasons to retain particular records.
10. Children's Privacy
Do The IMG is a general-purpose service and is not intentionally directed at children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the service, including HTTPS, authentication controls, access controls, rate limiting and security headers where supported by the deployment. No website or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. International Users
If you access the service from outside India, your personal information may be processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technologies, legal obligations or business practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.
