How add text watermark works
Add a short credit or ownership mark to a photo before sharing it. The text is placed near the lower-right corner in a readable light color with a dark outline. Choose words that remain legible without covering the most important subject.
After decoding the source, the browser paints it onto a canvas, draws your text over the pixels and exports a new image. The watermark becomes part of the downloaded file and cannot be moved independently later. This is a simple attribution mark, not a copy-protection guarantee.

Formats and limits
Text is burned into the downloaded image and cannot be edited afterward. Input decoding depends on your browser. Files are limited to 25 MB each and 40 megapixels to protect browser memory.
